About Dr Buckley
Dr Robert Buckley is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in non-surgical treatment of general orthopedic conditions.
Dr Buckley began his medical career in private practice right here in the Bay Area, in Petaluma, CA. From there he joined Diablo Orthopaedic Specialists and subsequently Muir Orthopaedic Specialists. From 2014 Dr Buckley worked at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center as a Staff Orthopaedic Surgeon before returning to Muir Ortho in 2021.
Dr Buckley’s certifications include

- Member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
Dr Buckley enjoys listening to his patients and using technology to form an accurate diagnosis of all types of orthopedic conditions. He works closely with our team of surgical colleagues and physical therapists to ensure an effective, customized treatment plan for each patient.
He welcomes patients to visit him in his office in Shadelands, Walnut Creek.
