About Dr Tischenko

Dr. Tischenko applies skill and sensitivity daily to his practice. Personable and family-oriented, Dr. Tischenko is well respected for his ability to design solid treatment programs that get results.

Dr. Tischenko ensures new patients have their condition explained in detail, frequently with the use of models, diagrams, and/or handouts. He then discusses with the patient and family members the possible treatments. When a particular treatment is not proving to be effective for patients, he discusses alternative treatment programs in order to help patients through their injury or chronic problem.

Dr. Tischenko often manages his patients conservatively, without surgery initially. However, if surgery is indeed the best option, then it is clearly recommended. He understands the faith and trust that goes with allowing him to be your orthopedic provider, so he promises to do his best to uphold that trust in a professional and compassionate manner.

Dr. Tischenko’s ability to counsel patients in both English and Spanish adds to the personalized treatment he offers, and his dedication to the field is evident in the numerous presentations and publications authored.
